Salon Policies – JK NAIL LOUNGE

At JK NAIL LOUNGE, we are committed to providing high-quality services in a clean, relaxing, and professional environment. Please review our salon policies to ensure the best experience for all clients.

1. Appointments & Walk-Ins

  • We recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee availability.
  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened.
  • Our On-Time Guarantee: If you have a scheduled appointment and experience a wait time of more than 30 minutes, your booked service will be free as an apology for the delay.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Payment & Gratuity

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
  • Gratuities go 100% to the technicians and are greatly appreciated.

4. Hygiene & Safety

  • We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and equipment.
  • If you have any skin conditions, infections, or allergies, please inform your technician before the service.

5. Refunds & Repairs

  • We do not offer refunds on services.
  • We provide a 10-day repair policy—if you experience any issues with your nails within 10 days, we offer a complimentary fix. (Only apply for nail service with gel polish)
  • We use high-end products, and your nails should last at least two weeks with proper care.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns.

6. Children & Guests

  • For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

7. Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Surveillance

  • For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
